Here are the ingredients you will need:
– 1 cup steel cut oats
– 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
– 2 cups of water
– 1/3 cup dried pomegranate
– 1/3 cup dried blueberries
– 2 table spoons of almond slices
– dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract
In a medium sized pot, boil 2 cups of water and 2 cups of almond milk. Once it comes to a boil, add in the steel cut oats, dried blueberries, dried pomegranate, a dash of cinnamon and a few drops of vanilla extract. Let it simmer until you get the consistency you want.
