– 1 package of microwave steamed broccoli
– 1 cups of short grain brown rice
1. In a rice cooker, add 1 cup of short grain brown rice with 2 cups water. Press the button and wait!
2. On a grill or a George Foreman grill if you’re in a hurry, split your 1lb of ground sirloin into 4 patties and cook them on the grill till cooked all the way through.
3. Microwave your bag of broccoli or other green vegetable according to the instructions.
